Abstract:
An impact-resistant automobile damping mechanism, comprising a trigger mechanism (81), a lower ejector block (82), a damping spring (89), a sliding plate (90), an annular cylinder (96), a bottom plate (102), a gas switch (104), and a switch adjusting block (105), wherein the bottom plate (102) is connected with a chassis, a first top plate (84) is connected with an automobile body, and a damping mechanism is provided between the first top plate (84) and the bottom plate (102). A pneumatic spring is provided at the periphery of the damping mechanism. Gas in the annular cylinder (96) can be compressed by means of sliding of a piston ring (88), repulsive force is generated by the compressed gas, the pressure of the gas influences the compressibility of the gas, and thus elastic coefficient of the pneumatic spring is influenced. In addition, a traditional rigid spring is further provided at the periphery of the pneumatic spring, impacting triggers the trigger mechanism (81) to enable a pneumatic switch to be opened after the impacting goes beyond the tolerance range of elasticity of the rigid spring, and high-pressure gas is led into the pneumatic spring by means of a first gas inlet (86) when the pneumatic switch is opened, so that the elastic coefficient of the pneumatic spring is increased, and next excessive impacting is alleviated.
