Abstract:
An embodiment of the present application provides an impact stress wave detection system. The system comprises: an impact frame, an impact source, an elastic connection member, a surface sensor, and an acquisition and analysis device. The impact frame comprises: a frame body and support rods. The support rods pass through support rod through holes, and are fixedly connected to the frame body. A middle portion of the frame body is provided with an impact source bombardment space. An inner wall of the frame body is provided with fixators. A middle portion of the elastic connection member passes through a through hole in the impact source, and is fixedly connected to the impact source. Two ends of the elastic connection member are respectively connected to the fixators of the frame body. The surface sensor is disposed around the impact frame, one end of the surface sensor abuts a surface of a medium to be tested, and the other end is connected to the acquisition and analysis device. The surface sensor is used for measuring impact stress wave data when the impact source hits the surface of the medium to be tested, and sends the impact stress wave data to the acquisition and analysis device. The acquisition and analysis device is used for analyzing the received impact stress wave data to obtain an analysis result. Applications of the present application can effectively improve accuracy and precision of defect detection.
