The present invention relates to an impact test jig apparatus which enables free fall by adjusting the load and height required for an impact test, and prevents the fall point and displacement of an impact body from changing during free fall, thus making it possible to detect insulation breakdown following the impact test and perform an accurate mechanical strength test evaluation for insulation. The impact test jig apparatus according to the present invention may comprise: an impact test jig electrically insulated from the impact body; a fall guide which is electrically insulated from the impact body and guides the impact body so that the impact body free falls vertically; a floor body which is electrically insulated from the impact body so that the impact of the fall is transferred to a sample; a retractor which is electrically insulated from the impact body and fixes the vertical movement and height of the impact body; and a frame which is electrically insulated from the impact body and fixes and couples components.
