Abstract:
An impact-type T-shaped tube component regulator for regulating components of non-azeotropic working fluid, formed by a single T-shaped tube or a plurality of connected T-shaped tubes. A single T-shaped tube consists of an inlet tube (2), an upper outlet tube (9), and a lower outlet tube (6). If being formed by a plurality of connected T-shaped tubes, the regulator further comprises an upper gathering tube (3) that is in communication with the upper outlet tube (9) of each T-shaped tube, and a throttle valve (5) located between two adjacent T-shaped tubes. By the characteristics that gaseous components and liquid components of the non-azeotropic working fluid are different in quantity and that a vertical impact-type T-shaped tube cannot uniformly distribute two-phase flow, the regulator makes fluid flow through a plurality of T-shaped tubes and a throttle valve (5) at one time, so as to realize component separation. For a single T-shaped tube, components in upper and lower outlets (7, 8) can be continuously regulated according to the gaseous components and the liquid components. For combined T-shaped tubes, the throttle valves (5) can perform the throttling and pressure reduction effects to continuously change the ratio of the gaseous components to the liquid components of a mixture, so as to expand the range of component regulation. The regulator features a simple structure, high regulation efficiency, and convenient maintenance.
