Abstract:
Disclosed is an impedance adjustment circuit for determining a resistance value of a terminal resistor unit, wherein the terminal resistor unit comprises a plurality of resistors. The impedance adjustment circuit comprises: a current mirror for providing a first reference current and a second reference current, wherein the current mirror uses a first reference current mirror to emit the second reference current; a reference voltage generation circuit generating, according to at least the first reference current, a first clock and a second clock, a reference voltage; a switch group comprising multiple switches; a comparator generating a comparison result according to the reference voltage and a terminal resistor voltage; and a control unit controlling, according to the comparison result, the turn-on and turn-off of multiple switches in the switch group.
