Abstract:
An impedance calibration circuit and method. The impedance calibration circuit (100) comprises a pull-up resistance device to be calibrated (110), a first connecting end (111) of the pull-up resistance device to be calibrated (110) being connected to a calibration unit (130), and a second connecting end (112) of the pull-up resistance device to be calibrated (110) being connected to a power end (114); a pull-down resistance device to be calibrated (120), a first connecting end (121) of the pull-down resistance device to be calibrated (120) being connected to the calibration unit (130), a second connecting end (122) of the pull-down resistance device to be calibrated (120) being connected to a third connecting end (113) of the pull-up resistance device to be calibrated (110), and a third connecting end (123) of the pull-down resistance device to be calibrated (120) being grounded; and the calibration unit (130) comprising a voltage receiving end (131) and a calibration code output end (132), wherein the calibration unit (130) receives the first voltage and the second voltage by means of the voltage receiving end (131). By using the pull-up resistance device to be calibrated (110), the pull-down resistance device to be calibrated (120), and the calibration unit (130), calibration of the resistor can be realized more simply and efficiently.
