An impedance matching membrane 10 contains a metal element and a non-metal element. The impedance matching membrane 10 has a thickness of 10-200 nm. The impedance matching membrane 10 has a sheet resistance of 200 Ω/□ or more. In the impedance matching membrane 10, the contained percentage of oxygen atoms is not more than 50% in terms of the number of atoms.
