Abstract:
An impeller blade of a dry quenching circulating fan and the dry quenching circulating fan comprising the impeller blade. The impeller blade and a wear-resistant lining plate are connected by means of plug welding holes in a plug welding manner; the plug welding holes are arranged on the blade in a matrix manner, there is a column of plug welding holes along a center line of the blade, and the remaining columns are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the center line of the blade; the vertical distance between the plug welding hole in each column of plug welding holes closest to an inlet end of the blade and the outer edge of the inlet end is A; the distance between the plug welding holes in each column of plug welding holes is C; two adjacent columns of plug welding holes are arranged in a staggered manner; the distance between two columns of plug welding holes is D, and the distance between each plug welding hole in one column of the two columns of the plug welding holes and the adjacent plug welding hole in the other column of plug welding holes is equal; the lateral distance between the plug welding hole closest to a cover side of the blade and the cover side of the blade is not less than B; the vertical distance between the plug welding hole closest to an outlet end of the blade and the cover side of the blade and the outlet end of the blade is B, and the lateral distance between the plug welding hole closest to the outlet end of the blade and the cover side of the blade and the cover side of the blade is B; A, B, C, and D respectively have respective value ranges. Uneven heating of the impeller blade during welding is avoided, and the strength of the impeller blade is not affected.
