Abstract:
An impeller having an improved structure, comprising two base plates (1) and four blade assemblies (2); the base plates (1) each are composed of a bottom plate body (11) and a raised ring cylinder (12); in an assembled state, lower surfaces of the two base plates (1) are oppositely arranged, the four completely identical blade assemblies (2) are spliced into a complete cylindrical structure, the blade assemblies (2) are located between the two base plates (1); a lower clamping body (21) of each blade assembly (2) is clamped in a second clamping channel (142) of a lower base plate (1), and a lower portion of a blade connection component (24) of each blade assembly (2) is clamped in a first clamping channel (141) of the lower base plate (1), an upper clamping body (22) of each blade assembly (2) is clamped in the second clamping channel (142) of an upper base plate (1), and an upper portion of the blade connection component (24) of each blade assembly (2) is clamped in the first clamping channel (141) of the upper base plate (1). The impeller having the improved structure has the following main beneficial effects: less components, simple structure, fast manufacturing speed, low cost, and low price.
