Abstract:
An impeller manufacturing method that includes: an impeller formation step (S1) in which an impeller is integrally formed by an additive manufacturing method that uses a metal powder; an HIP processing step (S2) in which the impeller formed in the impeller formation step (S1) is processed by a hot isotropic pressurization process; and a flow path polishing step (S3) in which, after the HIP processing step (S2), fluid polishing is implemented, in which a polishing fluid containing abrasive grains is pressurized and made to flow through a flow path formed between a disc, a cover, and the blades in the impeller.
