Abstract:
Disclosed are an impinging stream pulverization mechanism and a pulverizer. The pulverization mechanism comprises a rotating part (8) which can rotate about a shaft. The rotating part (8) is provided with at least four grinding areas (2-1, 2-2, 2-3) which are circumferentially arranged. Passages (3) are formed between the outer edges of the grinding areas (2-1, 2-2, 2-3) and the inner wall of the rotating part (8). Negative-pressure blades (4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4), positive-pressure blades (5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, 5-6, 5-7) and a material guide part are provided in each of the grinding areas (2-1, 2-2, 2-3). The impinging stream pulverizer comprises a motor (9). The pulverization mechanism is coaxially mounted on the output shaft of the motor (9). The pulverization mechanism is located in a shell (10), and the shell (10) is respectively provided with a feed inlet (11) and a discharge outlet (12). The feed inlet (11) is in communication with the material inlet of the pulverization mechanism via a feed passage (13), and the discharge outlet (12) is in communication with the material outlet of the pulverization mechanism via a discharge passage (14). The energy consumption of the impinging stream pulverization mechanism and the pulverizer is low; the requirement of environment protection is met; the impinging stream pulverization mechanism and pulverizer are suitable for industrial mass production; various required powders, from fine powder to ultra-fine powder, can be produced; and no stepper or draught fan is needed.
