Abstract:
The present invention is an implant body (10) which is produced using a metal or a ceramic material as a raw material, said implant body being characterized in that the surface of the implant body is modified in such a manner that multiple protrusions and multiple crevasse-shaped nano-scale grooves (1) are formed on the surface and that it becomes possible to achieve the formation of focal contacts, the entry of collagen fibers, and the orientation of the collagen fibers in a certain direction to attach the collagen fibers to connective tissues and to enable soft tissue sealing. The modification of the surface can accelerate the formation of focal contacts (14) and the arrangement of cytoskeletons (15), and enables the entry of collagen fibers (16) into the inside of the surface.
