Abstract:
The present invention relates to an implant using a screwless tap in a fixture placement hole in an alveolar bone, and a surgical method for the implant, the fixture, which is placed in a fixture placement hole, comprising: one pair of separated fixtures each formed in a columnar arc shape and having screw threads on the inner surface thereof and an outward crescent-shaped hooking plate from the bottom so that, when inserted facing each other into the fixture placement hole, the crescent-shaped hooking plates hook into arc-shaped hooking grooves on both sides of the bottom surface of the fixture placement hole; an integrated fixture disposed between the one pair of separated fixtures and having two arc-shaped columns each with screw threads on the inner surface thereof, and, with the columns facing each other, having the bottoms thereof connected by a disc; and a bolt- or screw-type abutment on the upper part of which a crown is fixedly attached, and having an assembled shape of a single cylinder inside the fixture placement hole. Accordingly, the present invention can extend the service life significantly, reduce adverse effects as surgery is possible with a shallow fixture placement hole, extend the service life of an implant as the repeated loads from mastication of food are dispersed, and additionally can obviate the need for an artificial bone graft during a sinus augmentation surgery and minimize the danger of nerve damage in the case of mandibular molars.
