Abstract:
Provided are an implantable medical device (1) and preparation method thereof, and implantable medical device preform for preparing the implantable medical device (1). The implantable medical device (1) comprises: a metal substrate (21) and a polymer membrane (22) covering a surface of the metal substrate (21) and preventing endothelial coverage, wherein at least a part of the surface of the metal substrate (21) is provided with a surface modification layer (211) comprising doped ions therein, and the metal substrate (21) is connected to the polymer membrane (22) via the doped ions. Since the metal substrate (21) is connected to the polymer membrane (22) via the doped ions, the polymer membrane (22) is unlikely to be detached during the transportation, thereby effectively performing an anti-endothelial coverage function in a body.
