Abstract:
An implantable urinary continence structure (1, 2, 3, 4), mainly comprising a first clamping assembly (101, 201, 301, 401), a second clamping assembly (102, 202, 302, 402) and a locking assembly (103, 203, 303, 403), wherein the second clamping assembly (102, 202, 302, 402) can move from a urination position to a urinary continence position under a first acting force, such that a first urethra clamping member (105 (105a, 105b), 205, 305, 405) and a second urethra clamping member (107, 207, 307, 407) come close to each other to clamp the urethra to enact urinary continence; the locking assembly (103, 203, 303, 403) automatically locates a second clamping body (106, 206, 306, 406) at the urinary continence position, and the locking assembly (103, 203, 303, 403) can be released by means of a second acting force, so as to allow the second clamping body (106, 206, 306, 406) to move from the urinary continence position to the urination position, such that the first urethra clamping member (105 (105a, 105b), 205, 305, 405) and the second urethra clamping member (107, 207, 307, 407) move away from each other to release the urethra to urinate, thereby effectively solving the problem of urinary incontinence. The implantable urinary continence structure has the advantages of less implantation trauma and an ideal urinary continence effect.
