Abstract:
An implementation circuit of a charge pump. The circuit comprises: a first current mirror (10), a second current mirror (11), a first switch circuit (12), a second switch circuit (13), a connecting circuit (14), a first unity gain amplifier (15), a second unity gain amplifier (16) and a pulse generation circuit (17). The first current mirror (10) is used for mirroring a first voltage output by a VCO (19) as a first current. The second current mirror (11) is used for mirroring a second voltage output by the VCO (19) as a second current. The pulse generation circuit (17) is used for generating a pulse signal according to a reference clock signal, the pulse signal being used for controlling the switch status of the first switch circuit (12) and the second switch circuit (13). The first unity gain amplifier (15) and the second unity gain amplifier (16) are used for keeping a voltage of an output end of the first current mirror (10), a voltage of an output end of the second current mirror (11), a voltage of an input end of an LPF (18) and a drain voltage of a first switch tube (142) to be equal, thereby preventing a charge injection effect from occurring, and improving PLL performance.
