Abstract:

Disclosed herein is an implementation method and device for off-line transactions. The implementation method comprises: in response to a credit transaction service request from a merchant registered by a user, a payment service end determines whether credit information of a user account meets conditions, and, after determining that the credit information of the user account meets the conditions, activates a merchant-facing credit transaction service for the user account and sends account information of the user to a merchant transaction management system; after receiving the account information, the merchant transaction management system guides the user to enter a biometric characteristic, and after acquiring the biometric characteristic entered by the user, the system stores a binding relationship between the biometric characteristic and the account information in a registered user repository, notifies the user of successful registration, and controls an entrance door of a physical merchant store to open, so as to allow the user to enter; after determining the user has exited the store, the merchant transaction management system sends billing information to the payment service end, wherein the billing information carries account information; and the payment service end performs a payment operation according to the user account corresponding to the account information.
