Abstract:
An implementation structure for integrating a down tube of an electric bicycle with a battery case. A down tube (1) comprises a tube body (10) and two fixed bases (11) placed in an inner cavity of the tube body (10). The two fixed bases (11) and the tube body (10) are enclosed to form an accommodation cavity (12). The accommodation cavity (12) is opened at an outer side surface of the tube body (10) to form an access opening, and a long side of the access opening further extends inwards to form an elongated convex rib (13). Positioning columns (14) are provided at two opposite sides of the two fixed bases (11), respectively. A battery case (2) comprises a case body (20) and two bearing bases (21) provided at two end outer sides of the case body (20), respectively. A first depression (22) is provided at an outer side of the case body (20) in a concave manner. A second depression (23) is provided at one side of each bearing base (21) in a concave manner. The two second depressions (23) and the first depression (22) together constitute a rotation groove movably matching the convex rib (13). A clipping groove (24) movably matching the positioning column (14) corresponding thereto is formed on each bearing base (21). The battery case (2) can be placed in or taken out of the accommodation cavity (12) by means of rotation in parallel to the tube body (10).
