Abstract:
A method for preparing an impregnated and coated wallcovering on an object surface comprises the steps of: once a base coat layer (11) on an object surface has lost plasticity, attaching a fiber texture network core (30) to a surface of the base coat layer (11), the fiber texture network core (30) containing a network structure formed by fibers; coating a surface of the fiber texture network core (30) with a second coating layer (40), and applying pressure, such that a coating material of the second coating layer (40) impregnates the network structure fibers and enters mesh holes (2) of the network structure; forming a core-coating layer; and curing the core-coating layer, so as to form the impregnated and coated wallcovering. The wallcovering obtained via the method comprises the base coat layer (11) and, coated on the surface of the base coat layer (11), a composite body combining an impregnation coating and a core-coating material. Said composite body comprises the transparent or translucent second coating layer (40) and the fiber texture network core (30) covered by the second coating layer (40). The fiber texture network core (30) contains the network structure formed from fibers. The second coating layer (40) enters the mesh holes (2) of the network structure. The method achieves standardized and large-scale manufacture of wallcoverings having a texture and/or a pattern, and the manufactured wallcoverings have good crack resistance, breathability, and decorative function.
