Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an imprint material which exhibits sufficient adhesion to a film base and has excellent scratch resistance, and which provides a resin film that is able to be easily separated from a mold at the time of mold releasing.
[Solution] An imprint material which contains (A) a specific acrylamide such as N,N'-dimethylacrylamide, (B) a compound which has an alkylene oxide unit, while having two to six polymerizable groups at an end, and wherein the alkylene oxide unit is an ethylene oxide unit, a propylene oxide unit or a combination thereof, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator.
