Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved blast furnace distributor having a nitrogen sealing structure, belonging to the field of blast furnaces. The nitrogen sealing structure is divided into two functional areas in the overall structure; on the lower side of the blast furnace is arranged a labyrinth structure, which can play a role in dust control and dust reduction and also increase the gas pressure resistance loss in the furnace, providing favorable conditions for the upper floating ring seal; matching floating rings are arranged at the upper side positions against the distributor, are able to maintain contact at all times during operation by means of being adaptive, and also achieve a closer bond by means of mutual friction between them, and furthermore, such a structure does not require the costs of high-precision manufacturing; by means of keeping the upper pressure higher than the blast furnace pressure, it is ensured that the floating ring has a certain sealing compression force, thus achieving a better sealing effect.
