Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved cap to be worn on the head of a wearer to protect the face of the wearer from sunlight and provides an antiglare function, wherein the cap has a plurality of protrusions formed along the inner surfaces of seams at the fabric crown of the cap, and has extensions integrally formed with the respective protrusions and inserted into respective holes formed in the fabric of the cap, to thereby significantly improve a connection between the cap and the protrusions such that the protrusions are prevented from escaping or moving from the cap while the wearer puts on or takes off the cap, thus lengthening the lifespan of the cap. Further, the protrusions of the cap of the present invention prevent the head of the wearer from being pressed when the wearer dons the cap, thus protecting the head of the wearer from pain. The protrusions of the cap also enable smooth air ventilation through the inside of the cap so as to prevent the head of the wearer from becoming clammy with sweat. The protrusions and the extensions are made from silicon materials, which contain or are mixed with materials for emitting anions or far infrared rays, or various types of minerals, to thereby provide an improved cap which is effective in promoting the health of the scalp of the wearer.
