Abstract:
Provided is an improved electric kettle with adjustable steam flow, comprising a kettle body (1) and a kettle cover (2). The improved electric kettle with adjustable steam flow is characterized in that: the kettle cover (2) is provided with an opening (3); and a shielding structure (4) used for opening or closing the opening (3) is installed on the opening (3). The shielding structure (4) is adjusted to control the size of the opening (3), thus controlling the discharging rate of water steam, and as a result, the boiling time of water is effectively prolonged, and residual chlorine in the water is reduced.
