Abstract:
An improved Hall sensor mounting structure, comprising a Hall sensor (1), a motor shaft core, motor heat dissipation fan blades (2), and a motor support (3). The motor heat dissipation fan blades (2) are in running fit with the motor shaft core. The motor support (3) is provided above the motor heat dissipation fan blade (2). The Hall sensor (1) is fixedly provided below the motor support (3). A plurality of magnetic bead accommodating holes uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction are formed in one side, facing the motor support (3), of the motor heat dissipation fan blade (2). A magnetic bead (201) is accommodated in each magnetic bead accommodating hole. The number of the magnetic beads is N, N being an even number. The Hall sensor (1) is matched with the Hall effect of each magnetic bead (201). The side, facing the motor support (3), of the motor heat dissipation fan blade (2) is provided with a plurality of magnetic bead accommodating holes which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, a magnetic bead (201) matching the Hall sensor (1) is provided in each of the magnetic bead accommodating hole. Compared with the prior art in which a magnetic ring sleeves a motor shaft core in an overlapping manner, the installation height of the Hall sensor is greatly reduced, and the requirement of a client on a low-thickness series excited motor can be met.
