Abstract:
The invention discloses an improved inductor voltage clamping full-bridge soft-switching circuit which includes a full-bridge converter, a transformer, an outputting rectifier unit, an inductor, a clamping resistor, a capacitor, a first clamping diode, and a second clamping diode. The said inductor comprises a first winding which acts as an auxiliary inductor and a second winding for clamping voltage. In the invention, by connecting a capacitor in parallel with the serial clamping resistor, it is possible to decrease greatly the instantaneous current stress occurred in the clamping resistor, which results in effective enhancement of the reliability of the clamping resistor and the improvement of the reliability of the whole circuit.
