Abstract:
Improved iron swinging leg type roller skates comprise a metal rod mold (1), drum bases (2), drum bearings, a wheel fork (3) with a shaft, a PU wheel (4) and a plastic head cover (5). The metal rod mold (1) is a frame with an olive nut-shaped outline, which is bent from a round metal rod, is welded with two round metal rods of which the middle parts are pressed into bends with convex angles, and then is molded by pressing. The drum bases (2) are welded at the front and rear ends of the metal rod mold (1) respectively. The drum bearings are inlaid into steps at the upper end and lower ends of the drum bases (2). The wheel fork (3) with the shaft is formed by spot welding of a wheel fork body and the shaft. The shaft of the wheel fork (3) passes into inner holes of the drum bearingsThe plastic head cover (5) covers, and is screwed into a threaded hole in the top of the shaft by bolt for positioning.A bearing is inlaid in the middle of each of two side surfaces of the PU wheel (4). The PU wheel (4) is connected with two lower ends of the wheel fork (3) with the shaft. The two improved iron swinging leg type roller skates are matched back and forth to be used in pairs.
