Claims:
Claim

1. A spider net construction (1) which is enhanced by the use of prefabricated node using the pin, comprising:

-5 an arrangement of rib (2), (3), (4) which is made of reinforced concrete or steel plate in stainless or steel plate corrugated horizontal anti-rust, or made of plastic, resin, fiberglass, mixed waste, and others who make up giant box with the outer edge is the edge of the

a triangular space (2a) in the form of a wall or rib of reinforced concrete flat and high (2), (3), (4), and its thickness is generally adapted to the carrying

15 capacity of the land and buildings by weight or preferably only between 10-20 cm, while its height between 60-250 cm;

a column of dots which is the focal point of the rib rib construction (3), rib settlement (2), and divider rib

20 ( 4 ) ;

a chamber (2a) between the rib (2), (3), (4) which is filled which can be filled with scaffolding poles (16) of wood, bamboo or lightweight concrete (piles minipile) and above condition is with filling material (15 ) form

2. An improved spider net construction (1) according to 5 claim 1, wherein the meeting node points (13a) to rib sentlement (2) , rib construction (3) , and divider rib (4) are preprinted or pre fabrication with provides a pin (13b) and the hole (13c) .

3. An improved spider net construction (1) according to claim 1, wherein the rib sentlement (2), rib construction (3), and divider rib (4) are preprinted or pre fabrication also by providing the pin and the hole.

4. An improved spider net construction (1) according to claim 1, wherein the rib sentlement (2), rib construction (3), and divider rib (4) can be made for the modification of various other materials without reducing the strength of the panel ribs (2) , (3) , (4) .

An improved spider net construction (1) according to claim 4, wherein the connection node points (13) between the panel (2), (3), (4) for galvanized steel panels/singalum, plastic steel and concrete with reinforcement steel connection joint meeting at the point or node (13) is performed by welding or welded joint connection.

6. An improved spider net construction (1) according to claim 5, wherein the panel (2), (3), (4) for galvanized steel panels/singalum, plastic steel and concrete with steel reinforcement does not need to provide the pin and hole, because these connections using welding or welding.

9. An improved spider net construction method (1) by the use of prefabricated node using a pin, include the following stages :

opening land (Land clearing - cut and fill) to the level of the basis for the manufacture of rib spider net; making ribs (2), (3), (4) of the spider net with precast or pre fabrication simultaneously with the process of land clearing (Land clearing - cut and fill) ; installing ribs (2), (3), (4) forming a giant box with the outer edge is the edge of the building, which also divided into spaces smaller and always form a triangle (2a) in accordance with the design; making node points (13a) of spider net with precast or pre fabrication in conjunction with the installation of ribs (2) , (3) , (4) ;

filling a triangular space-three (2a) which can be filled with scaffolding poles (16) of wood, bamboo or lightweight concrete (piles minipile) ;

filling the filler material (15) a triangular space- three (2a) above the scaffolding poles by land/landfill sand/gravel and compacted with perfectly layer-by-layer or filler material mixed with additives;

making working floor (14) by making the spider net plate ironing in the form of thick reinforced concrete slab depending on the size of the column load, the load and the floor function, preferably 10-20 cm thick;

casting plate (14) of spider net in the form of reinforced concrete slab with concrete quality that is tailored to their needs;

characterized by placing the center rib (13a) of rib construction (3), rib settlement (2), and divider rib (4), in which the rib's panels made of precast or pre fabrication techniques these connections also use the node point precast or pre fabrication (13a) which uses pin (13b) and the hole (13c) for connecting between rib's (2), (3), (4) which is made in such a way to form spaces triangle (2a) to improve the stability of the construction on it, so if decreased or settlement, the reduction or settlement occurs evenly and do not result in a fracture and a slope on the building structure thereon.

An improved spider net construction method (1) according to claim 8, wherein the rib mounting relationship (2), (3), (4) of the spider net with a node or joint (13a) is fused together and monoliths, and thus also the relationship rib panel (2), (3), (4) with each other to be interlocked with each other into a monolithic unity as well.

11. An improved spider net construction method (1) according to claim 8, wherein if one of the elements (13a) to receive the load will always be propagated to the other elements (2), (3), (4) in around it so that it has spread the load to a larger area.

12. An improved spider net construction method (1) according to claim 8 to 10, wherein the overall construction of the structure of spider nets are rigid because of the structural components integrated and interlinked.

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an improved spider net construction by using a node precast using a pin and methods, in particular, the present invention relates to a spider net construction that uses precast concrete rib construction systems in the middle between the rib's connection form of space open triangles can be loaded with scaffolding poles from wood, bamboo or lightweight concrete (piles minipile) and afterwards it can be filled with filler soil, sand or gravel or material filler mixed with additives, so it does not require compaction filling material gradually and facilitate the processing time and improve the stability of the construction thereon to be made as safe as possible from the deflection or reduction/SLLsettlement of the construction of buildings thereon, and the connection (joint) between panel rib using a pole node in the form of precast using a pin for insertion between the rib at the point of the meeting point between the rib

Background of the Invention

At this time, the construction of a spider net-based infrastructure is a part that has been applied in a wide range of facilities, such as roads, highways, warehouses, airports and the ingredients include: runway, taxiways, apron, container yard (container port) .

The use of precast concrete was originally used for nonstructural components such as wall coverings (cladding) or floor only, where thanks to technological innovation, now has produced precast concrete forms and functions are different. One of the innovations of precast concrete construction system applied in spider net, ie as the infrastructure in which structural component part as structural wall (bearing wall system) , beam and column (portal system) and a node between the rib.

At this time in Indonesia, has many technological applications of precast concrete in various types of construction, mostly residential buildings, supported by approximately 16 precast concrete specialist companies, often referred to as pre. Such as pre company has a variety of technological innovations and precast concrete system with different shapes and different functions are offered.

Regulation ACI and UBC which gives leeway that a system structure may be used provided the results of experiments and analysis can be proven system that has strength, ductility and toughness equal to or more than a monolithic system equivalent, the basis for the development of systems of existing structures. The advantages of precast concrete system prototype is that the shape of the component structure is simple and concise so easy to fabricate and transport, manufacturing and erection tolerances are large, as well as in terms of aesthetics also looks like a monolith. From the experimental results and analysis show that this system has the power (strength) , relative to the system sam monolith, toughness and dektilitas enough.

Now it's time to do the development of precast or precast concrete on spider net construction called spider nets construction that has a simple shape and uniform but has the same function for all structures. This is because in general rib-rib has a homogeneous form as a whole, especially for infrastructure such as Container yard (container harbor) , Apron, Taxiway, Runway, Street, Motorway and warehousing.

Therefore, the inventor as the holder of Patent spider net construction with Patent Number ID P 0033521 dated February 14, 2007 Award on behalf of PT. Katama Suryabumi made improvements to the present invention in order that the implementation cf a more scalable, effective, and efesian both in terms of time, effort, cost, and secure, giving users the ease and comfort of spider net construction.

The use of precast concrete at the point of the meeting point between the rib in the construction of spider net or called JALLA is a refinement of the construction of spider net (KJLL) in the prior art that has been granted a patent, then the inventor spider net construction is modified into inventions recently.

Brief Description of Invention

As has been mentioned earlier that the present invention relates to a construction of spider net and a method that uses a system of construction rib precast concrete in the middle between the rib's connection form of open space triangle can be loaded with scaffolding poles from wood, bamboo or lightweight concrete (pole stake minipile) and afterwards it can be filled with filler soil, sand ' or gravel or material filler mixed with additives, so it does not require compaction of filler material gradually and facilitate the processing time and improve the stability of the construction thereon to be made as safe as possible of the occurrence of deflection or reduction/settlement of the construction of buildings thereon, and the connection (joint) between panel rib using a pole node precast form using a pin for insertion between the rib at the point of the meeting point between the rib.

The main objective of the present invention is an improvement and modification of the invention prior to the publication number ID P 0033521 is providing a spider net construction with design features regularly, and the number of rib each node point at least numbered 6 and methods, in which a panel rib-rib made pre fabrication by grafting techniques using precast node that uses a pin for connecting between rib' s .

A construction of spider nets in accordance with the present invention, in which elements of precast rib panel consists of three (3) components, that is:

a. Rib panel wall elements:

- the wall panels are made of high quality concrete, reinforced concrete, or steel, or plastic steel, or plastic, or a mixture of the waste, or a combination of these materials;

b. Elements of reinforcement in the rib panel:

- reinforcement in rib panel made of steel with a certain diameter; and

creating a working floor by making ironing plate in the form of a spider net-thick reinforced concrete slab depending on the size of the column load, the load and the floor function, preferably 10-20 cm thick;

casting spider net plate in the form of reinforced concrete slab with concrete quality that is tailored to their needs;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

This invention is an infrastructure construction made of rib precast panels and methods with precast point joint or made a new advance in the plant installed in the field, can be implemented more easily and much faster than the prior art.

Spider net construction (1) in accordance with the present invention include composite construction between the rib (2), (3), (4), the plate (14), precast point joint (13a) and a filler (15), (16), whose elements consist of:

1. Rib/rib/panel (2), (3), (4): can be made of reinforced concrete or stainless steel plates or plates horizontal corrugated stainless steel, or made of plastic, resin, fiber glass, mixed waste or anything;

2. Rib node point (13), (13a): can be made of reinforced concrete or steel construction wrapped in a cast concrete or steel welded to the rib/ribs/panels made of steel, as well as the joint point can be made also with precast or pre-fabrication is done using a pin (13b) and the hole (13c) ;

3. The filler material (15), (16): can be filled with scaffolding poles (16) of wood, bamboo or lightweight concrete (piles minipile) and just above it is filled (15) with soil, sand is compacted and density test done or with gravel, but the lowest layer can also be replaced and is made of lightweight but solid concrete styrofoam or other materials mixed with additives that meet the expected specifications;

4. The cover plate (14) made of reinforced concrete, fused with ribs/ribs/panel (2), (3), (4).

Spider net construction- (1) has a special specification, including: a appropriate construction for the construction of infrastructure such as road construction, construction of runway, taxiway, apron and construction of container yard or container port and warehousing.

Shape rib/ribs/panel (2), (3), (4) stiffeners spider nets are corrugated, deck plates, or concrete profile (Figure 4 - Figure 8 ) .

Precast concrete elements (13a), (2), (3), (4) for the construction of spider net (1) will be applied to the design of which has an area of geometry and uniform as container yard or container ports, apron, taxiway, runways, roads, highways and warehousing.
