Abstract:
A container for receiving and holding water containing oil/grease to be removed has sectional covers (14a, 14b, 14c). A main sectional cover (14b) supports a partially immersed rotatable disk (16), a drive (20) for rotating the disk, a trough (22) straddling the disk and a scraper blade (24) for discharging oil/grease to a storage container.
