Abstract:
A improved manufacturing method of container with heat insulating surface layer, includes the following step: mixes polyurethane liquid adhesion agent (1) into heat foamed particle powder (2) which is made up of thermoplastic polymer and low boiling point solvent, the weight of the said liquid adhesion agent (1) is 5-20% the weight of heat foamed particle powder (2), after milled and mixed, forming a composite paint (4), then coating the composite paint (4) onto the surfaces of various molding containers, heating and drying the container below the foaming starting temperature, making the container surface layer form an unfoamed layer (9), through cutting out to obtain containers, in order to form a foamed layer (11), according as the container material, heating the unfoamed layer (9) from 100? to 140? to avoid the container being deformed by heating because of the different material, to achieve heat insulating and heat preservation efficacy, and can be heated again if needed, so as to control the stocks of finished products.
