Abstract:
The present invention relates to an improved method for preparing fermented soybean meal, wherein a fermentation step and a drying step of fermented soybean meal are separately carried out when fermented soybean meal is prepared. When using the method for preparing fermented soybean meal of the present invention, contamination by various bacteria can be prevented while the time required for a preparation process can be reduced compared with that of a conventional method, and thus the method can be widely used for a more economical preparation of fermented soybean meal.
