Abstract:
An improved oil and gas delivery pipe, the oil and gas delivery pipe having a pipeline (101), comprising an inner layer (10), an adhesion layer (20) and a silica gel layer (30); the inner layer (10) being ACM material or AEM material, and said inner layer (10) being hollow to form the pipeline (101); the adhesion layer (20) being coated on an outer surface of the inner layer (10); the silica gel layer (30) being coated on an outer surface of the adhesion layer (20), the adhesion layer adhering the silica gel layer (30) and the inner layer (10) together. An outer surface of an inner layer (10) is coated with an adhesion layer (20), and an outer surface of the adhesion layer (20) is coated with a silica gel layer (30), silica gel being a high temperature resistant, low temperature resistant, ozone resistant and anti-ultraviolet material, the adhesion layer (20) adhering the silica gel layer (30) and the inner layer (10) together, forming a delivery pipe having a multi-layer structure, and the inner layer (10) using ACM material or AEM material, ACM material or AEM material having oil-resistant properties, thereby giving the present product the characteristics of being high temperature resistant, oil resistant, and resistant to environmental stress cracking, effectively solving the hidden danger of internal and external pipes breaking, while lowering production costs and facilitating mass production use.
