Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for purifying a recombinant protein from recombinant E. coli at high yield and purity without using an additional activation process and including variants and to a method for purifying a recombinant protein at high yield and purify from recombinant E. coli which expresses the recombinant protein in the periplasm thereof.
