Abstract:
This manufacturing/management system is for efficiently running a rotary type crushing/mixing device in accordance with the intended use of improved soil as well as the characteristics and amount of materials to be used at the time of manufacturing. The system comprises: an improved soil information input means 101 for inputting information relating to a target quality of improved soil; a raw material soil information input means 102 for inputting information relating to raw material soil; a setting storage means 103 for storing a setting condition of a rotary type crushing/mixing device appropriate for achieving the improved soil target quality, and data or a relational expression regarding the relation between an operation condition and the raw material soil; and a setting condition determination means 104 for using the data or relational expression stored in the setting storage means 103 to perform a comparison or calculation to determine, on the basis of the information input to the improved soil information input means 101 and the information input to the raw material soil information input means 102, a setting condition of the rotary type crushing/mixing device.
