Abstract:
The invention provides an improved synthesis method of L-theanine, the process
has optimized and easy-to-operate reaction conditions: the L-theanine is prepared
by reacting L-pyrrolidone acid and anhydrous ethylamine with antioxidant existence
and under the condition of eliminating air by dry ethylamine, and the reaction
temperature is between 30-59 , and the reaction pressure is between 0.4-5.9 Mpa.
The yield of L-theanine by the present method is obviously higher than that prepared
without antioxidant and dry ethylamine to eliminate air.
