Abstract:
A ToF sensor device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display including one opening part; a light-emitting unit provided to the inside of the display to emit laser light; a light-receiving unit for detecting a light-receiving signal; and a holographic optical element (HOE) waveguide provided between the display and the light-emitting unit and between the display and the light-receiving unit, wherein the HOE waveguide guides the laser light emitted from the light-emitting unit toward the light-receiving unit so that the laser light is emitted through the one opening part.
