Claims:
CLAIMS

1- Improvement in gas oven lighter and plug-in cable, characterized in that it comprises terminal insulation case (1) which enables the terminals placed on the lighter and the terminals placed on the plug on the feeder cable to be ignited by means of designing the terminals in the terminal box inside and outside the lighter, lighter (2), terminal feeder cable 1 (3), terminal feeder cable 2 (4), grounding cable (5), feeder cables insulation (6), feeder terminal insulation (7), grounding frame (8), switch inlet (9), switch outlet (10), card inlet feeding end (11), internally skipping feeding end (12), electronic card (13), feeder terminal 1 (14), feeder terminal 2 (15), short circuit end (16), switch feeding end (17), and end feeding from the switch (18).

An improvement in oven lighters according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises switch outlet (10) which is short circuited with the end feeding from the switch (18) and feeds the electronic card (13) therein.

3- An improvement in oven lighters, characterized in that it directly transfers the voltage coming from the card inlet feeding end (11) to the electronic card (13), and then transfers to the switch feeding end (17) outside the lighter (2) through the short circuit end (16) inside the lighter (2) by means of being internally short circuited with the internally skipping feeding end (12), and enables the lighter (2) to be ignited when there is close circuit with the end feeding from the end (18) at the switch feeding end (17).

4- An improvement in oven lighters according to claim 1, characterized in that it completes the ignition process of the lighter by switch inlet (9), switch outlet (10), end from the switch to the circuit completing the circuit when it is pushed on the switch.

5- An improvement in oven lighters according to claim 1, characterized in that ignition process is realized since circuit is not completed when the energy (9- 10) received through the 220 V internally skipping feeding end (12), 220 V card inlet end (11) is not active.

6- An improvement in lighter of gas oven, characterized in that the terminal box is removed from the lighter system.

IMPROVEMENT IN GAS OVEN LIGHTER AND A TERMINAL BOX PLACED ON PLUG-IN FEEDER CABLE

Field of The Invention

The present invention relates to an improvement in next-generation lighter configured instead of terminal box in lighters operating with electricity used in gas ovens.

Background of the Invention

Today, a variety of gas ovens and stoves are used at home, at work, and in restaurants to cook and heat food and beverages. A plurality of these gas stoves has valve buttons thereon which enable gas flow, provide ignition by turning, pushing or touching. The position of the gas valve buttons of the stoves used may vary according to decorative needs or necessity. These valve buttons can be placed in front of, beside, and above the currently used ovens. Gas outlet is performed via these valves and metal gas pipes. There are switches connected to these valves.

Switches used in components of gas stoves or ovens vary according to the place of use. However, they serve same result in general. Gas valves with spring mechanism as internal parts allow gas outflow with valve metal top cover, yellow body metal pipes and auxiliary parts, and thus the flowing gas is ignited with the switches.

There are terminal boxes supplying energy to these switches and the electric need of the trigger mechanism and distributing the incoming energy. The task of these terminal boxes is to multiplex the energy coming to the system and to distribute to more than one device and to make the distribution process performed in a compact way. However, these products are elements causing extra cost, since they require both labor and additional production in manufacturing stage. Especially labor and cost occurring during assembly also caused time loss in production.

Currently existing terminal boxes were installed in the main product, and additional time and labor were consumed for each one of the cables fixed therein.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an improvement in lighter of a gas oven developed in order to avoid the abovementioned disadvantages and provide new advantages to the related art.

The inventive product is the reconfiguration of terminal box on the lighter in order to eliminate the flaws mentioned in the known state of the terminal box existing in electrical lighters used in gas ovens.

The terminal box is integrated with the lighter, the screw connection system is eliminated, shrink fit method is used.

The task of the terminal box is to distribute the electricity safely.

The terminals currently existing on the feeders’ boxes were separately screwed to the terminal box, and the voltage supply was carried out. These terminals supplied a voltage flow to the units required in the terminal box, in other words the units driving the lighter and the switch. This situation required additional cost and labor. The problems of separately screwing each one of the screws to the terminal and the said screws loosening and displacing in time occurred. If the quantity of the material used is small, it will always reduce the risk of errors. In our invention, distribution of the terminals through an additional terminal box is eliminated. These disadvantages are overcome in new lighter configuration. In order to overcome this situation a special configuration is assigned to the end of the feeding cable, this configuration is directly attached to the lighter, and thus feeding of the lighter for ignition can be carried out, and the operation of the system is made simpler by means of mounting it on the lighter without terminal box, which is designed specifically in the switch group. The inventive specific lighter configuration performing all the tasks undertaken from the previous terminal box completely eliminates labor and spare part problems and costs.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the improved configuration of the inventive gas oven lighter are described only to facilitate better understanding of the invention without producing any limiting effect.

It comprises terminal insulation case (1) which provides insulation by means of click- fit structure by grasping the feeder terminal insulation (7).

It comprises a lighter (2) which supplies voltage to the electronic card (13) by being fed with voltage, and enables the short circuit to occur inside by enabling the voltage to reach the switches.

It comprises terminal feeder cable 1 (3) transferring voltage.

It comprises terminal feeder cable 2 (4) transferring voltage.

It comprises grounding cable (5) for grounding.

It comprises terminal feeder cable 1 (3), terminal feeder cable 2 (4), and feeding cable insulation (6) enabling the insulation of the grounding cable (5).

It comprises feeder terminal insulation (7) which enables the system to be connected/transferred to each other between the terminal feeder cable 1 (3), terminal feeder cable 2 (4), grounding cable (5) and the feeder terminal 1 (14), feeder terminal 2 (15).

It comprises grounding frame (8) which provides grounding depending on the state of the current (direct current, alternative current). It comprises switch inlet (9) which feeds the switch and transfers the voltage thereon to the switch outlet (10) when there is closed circuit.

It comprises switch outlet (10) which transfers the voltage it receives via the electronic card (13) to the card inlet feeding end (11).

It comprises card inlet feeding end (11) which feeds the lighter via the electronic card (13).

It comprises internally skipping feeding end (12) which receives short circuit to bring it to the switch inlet (9) by going to the electronic card (13) through a command.

It comprises electronic card (13) which gives command for operation.

It comprises feeder terminal 1 (14) attached to the card inlet feeding end (11).

It comprises feeder terminal 2 (15) attached to the internally skipping feeding end

(12).

It comprises internal short circuit end (16) enabling short circuit internally.

It comprises switch feeding end (17) which feeds the switch with voltage.

It comprises end feeding from the switch (18) which is fed from the switch by completing the circuit with voltage.

The voltage coming by means of the card inlet feeding end (11) is directly transferred to the electronic card (13). The internally skipping feeding end (12) is internally short circuited, and it is transferred outside the lighter, in other words to the switch end, by means of the internal short circuit end (12). It enters into the lighter again via the terminal remaining outside the lighter when closed circuit occurs, and the end feeding from the switch (18) operates the circuit.
