Title:
IN-CAR-USE MULTI-APPLICATION EXECUTION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/055581
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is an in-car-use multi-application execution device capable of guaranteeing operation of a plurality of applications within a limited processing capability without impairing real time capability, and securing safety while maintaining convenience by suppressing occurrence of termination processing. The in-car-use multi-application execution device dynamically predicts the processing time of each application, and on the basis of the predicted processing times, schedules each application. Then, according to the results of the scheduling, if it is determined that there is an application that will not complete processing within a stipulated period, on the basis of a pre-set priority order, either the application is terminated or processing for reducing the functionality of the application is performed.
