Abstract:
An in-cell-touch display panel and a manufacturing process thereof. The in-cell-touch display panel sequentially comprises a TFT substrate (10), a liquid crystal layer (20), a colour filter (30), a polarizer (40) and a glass cover plate (60), wherein the polarizer (40) is a non-conductive polarizer, a transparent conductive layer (70) is arranged between the polarizer (40) and the colour filter (30), a ground pin (11) is also arranged on the TFT substrate (10), and the transparent conductive layer (70) is electrically connected to the ground pin (11) on the TFT substrate (10). The transparent conductive layer and the non-conductive polarizer are adopted to replace a high-impedance-state polarizer in the in-cell-touch display panel, so that the production costs are greatly reduced. A partial attachment method for a frame-attached non-conductive polarizer is adopted, so that the bubble problem caused by full-attached polarizers is effectively solved.
