Abstract:
The present invention relates to an in-cell touch display panel and an array substrate thereof. The array substrate of an in-cell touch display panel comprises: scan lines extending in a first direction; data lines extending in a second direction; touch wires extending in the second direction; and multiple touch electrodes distributed in an array and formed in a common electrode layer. A touch electrode distant from a touch detection chip side in the touch electrodes is connected to a corresponding channel of the touch detection chip by means of corresponding double touch wires; a touch electrode adjacent to the touch detection chip side in the touch electrodes is connected to a corresponding channel of the touch detection chip by means of a corresponding first touch wire; the first touch wire is formed by a single touch wire and a corresponding auxiliary connection wire. The present invention also provides a corresponding display panel. The in-cell touch display panel and the array substrate thereof provided by the present invention reduce the risk of appearing of vertical lines to a minimum, improve the variation value of touch electrodes, and reduce the difference of the touch electrodes.
