Title:
IN-DROPLET PARTICLE DETECTION METHOD, METHOD FOR FRACTIONING/DISPENSING DROPLET INCLUDING PARTICLES, METHOD FOR REMOVING PARTICLES TO OUTSIDE FROM DROPLET AFTER DISPENSING, AND DEVICE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/163162
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for efficiently screening particles such as cells. Said problem is solved by an in-droplet particle detection method according to the present invention, in which particles included in droplets in oil (water in oil) are irradiated with parallel light while flowing with the oil in a flow passage, and a change over time in the intensity of optical signals from the particles is detected to detect the particles in a droplet, the method being characterized in that the particles in a droplet are detected by measuring scattered light from the droplet and scattered light from the particles.
