Abstract:
To address risks of secondary pollution, high treatment cost, and difficulties in large scale implementation of the prior art, the present invention discloses an in-line heavy metal detection and solid waste dehazardization method, wherein the technical procedure thereof comprises the following steps: step 1: leaching of a heavy metal; step 2: precipitation of the heavy metal; and step 3: recycling of the heavy metal. The invention is characterized that an in-line heavy metal detection process is added in step 1 and step 2. If a heavy metal ion content fails to satisfy a threshold requirement in step 1, then an acid wash process is performed repeatedly until the requirement is met. If a heavy metal ion content fails to satisfy a threshold requirement in step 2, then a heavy metal ion stabilizing agent is added and processing is performed until the requirement is met. The invention realizes in-line detection of processing data of a heavy metal solid waste, and satisfies dehazardization, minimization, and recycling requirements of a heavy metal solid waste processing technique.
