Abstract:
The present invention provides: an in-mold label which has excellent manufacturing efficiency and appearance, and whereby resistance can be exhibited even against tensile force applied during winding to a material remaining after label punching; a method for manufacturing the in-mold label; a container provided with the in-mold label; and a method for manufacturing a container provided with the in-mold label. This in-mold label is an arch-shaped in-mold label affixed to a side surface of a resin container, the shape of the in-mold label has a long side, a short side, and a side part, and has a corner-cut part in which a corner including at least the long side of an arch-shaped strip formed so that the shortest distance between the long side and the short side is constant is cut off in a straight line, the in-mold label has at least five angles, the shortest distance between the long side and the short side is 40 mm to 150 mm, the interior angle formed by the long side and the corner-cut part is 95° to 160°, and all of the angles are configured as rounded surfaces having a radius of 2 mm to 20 mm.
