Abstract:
An in situ implanted bionic artificial anal sphincter system having an independent swing arm structure, comprising: an energy sending control unit and a sphincter prosthesis unit, wherein the energy sending control unit comprises a main control module and a percutaneous wireless energy sending module, and the sphincter prosthesis unit comprises a wireless energy receiving module, a micro power source, a sensor, an execution unit and a slave control module. The artificial anal sphincter system has a simpler, smaller and more compact overall structure, reducing the risks of transplants; a middle ring (c) having an independent rotating shaft (13) has a simple structure and reduces the difficulty in mounting; a Hall element is arranged in a compartment (23), facilitating the wiring; and an external gear is engaged for transmission, having a simple torque and high reliability.
