Title:
IN-SITU SAMPLING IONIZATION SPRAY KIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/143620
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An in-situ sampling ionization spray kit, comprising a conductive sampling handle upper cover (1) and a kit lower base (2) having a capillary tube-sample storage tank structure. The conductive sampling handle upper cover (1) is used for acquiring a sample and providing high-voltage electric connection during sample analysis; the kit lower base (2) having the capillary tube-sample storage tank structure is detachably engaged and fixed to the conductive sampling handle upper cover (1); a sample storage tank (211) is used for containing a sample and an eluting extraction solvent on the conductive sampling handle upper cover (1) so as to enable a target analyte in the sample to enter the eluting extraction solvent to form an analysis solution; the conductive sampling handle upper cover (1) is connected to high-voltage electricity, so that the analysis solution is enabled to enter a capillary tube (22) from one end of the capillary tube in an electrified manner and be sprayed from the other end of the capillary tube (22) to form spray.
