Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to an in-situ synergistically modified reinforced cement-based composite material and the use thereof. The in-situ synergistically modified reinforced cement-based composite material comprises a cementitious material, a polymer monomer, an initiator, a cross-linking agent and whiskers, wherein the functional groups of the polymer monomer comprise a carbon-carbon double bond and a carboxyl; and the whiskers comprise organic whiskers and/or inorganic non-metal whiskers. The polymer monomer is subjected to in-situ polymerization to modify the surface of the whiskers and adsorb and combine with the surface of the whiskers, such that the dispersity and binding property of the whiskers in a matrix are improved, and the densification and reinforcement effects of the whiskers on the cement matrix are fully exerted; the whiskers and a polymer network that is formed by the in-situ polymerization of the polymer monomer are combined in an interpenetrating manner, such that the rigidity and dimensional stability of the whiskers and the flexibility and toughness of the high-molecular-weight polymer material are combined together, and therefore the reinforcement effect of in-situ polymerization on the bending strength of the cement-based material is further improved, and the adverse effect of in-situ polymerization on the compressive strength of the cement-based composite material is reduced.
