Abstract:
The present invention provides a 1T/2H-MoSe2@TiO2 nanocomposite, comprising a TiO2 nanorod and a MoSe2 nanoparticle composited on the TiO2 nanorod; the MoSe2 nanoparticle comprises a mixed-phase MoSe2 nanoparticle; the mixed phase comprises a 1T metal phase and a 2H semiconductor phase. The composite provided by the present invention is an all-solid-state Z-type composite system photocatalyst, a small part of 2H-MoSe2 is converted into 1T-MoSe2, the synthesis of the 1T phase serves as a bridge for electron transfer, and separation of electron-hole pairs is further promoted; thus, the photoelectrocatalytic performance of the constructed photoelectrocatalytic system can be greatly improved, thereby increasing the yield of H2O2, and facilitating production of H2O2. Moreover, the preparation method provided by the present invention is simple, mild in condition, controllable in process, beneficial to industrial implementation, and wide in practical prospect.
