Abstract:
This in-vehicle apparatus is mounted on a first vehicle and issues commands to store the data of images captured of the driving conditions of the vehicle, and is provided with a safety state determination unit and a storage command unit. The safety state determination unit determines whether or not the safety level of the first vehicle during travel is a low safety state (inexperienced driving), which is less than a prescribed level. The safety command unit issues a command to store the data of images which are of the time during which the safety state determination unit determined a low safety state and which are captured by a roadside camera (21) and a camera (45, 45r) mounted not on the first vehicle but on another, second vehicle.
