Abstract:
This in-vehicle communication device 12 comprises: a traveling information acquisition unit 14 which acquires traveling information including information on a vehicle 90 to be remotely controlled and information on the surroundings of the vehicle 90; a vehicle interior information acquisition unit 16 which acquires vehicle interior information regarding the interior of the vehicle 90; a transmission unit 24 which transmits the traveling information, and the vehicle interior information or information based on the vehicle interior information to a remote control device 50 for remotely controlling the vehicle 90; a receiving unit 26 which receives operation command information for remotely controlling the vehicle 90 and operator information pertaining to an operator who remotely controls the vehicle 90 from the remote control device 50; and a presentation control unit 28 which presents the operator information in the interior of the vehicle 90.
