Abstract:
The in-vehicle display device (10) controls an HUD (28) for displaying information to be presented to a driver of a vehicle (1) as a display image in the form of a virtual image to be seen in front of the driver's field of view. The in-vehicle display device is configured so as to execute at least one among behavior-related control, environment-related control, and physical ability-related control. The behavior-related control refers to control for adjusting the display mode of the display image of the HUD on the basis of information indicating vehicular behavior. The environment-related control refers to control for adjusting the display mode of the display image of the HUD on the basis of information indicating the attributes of an external environment. The physical ability-related control refers to control for adjusting the display mode of the display image of the HUD on the basis of information indicating the physical ability of the driver.
