Abstract:
As a power supply means for supplying power to a control device (5), the present invention has a sub-battery (11) as a main power supply, and furthermore, the present invention is provided with a sub-power supply (7). When an abnormality occurs in the sub-battery (11), a power supply that supplies power to the control device (5) is switched to the sub-power supply (7) from the sub-battery (11) by means of a power supply changing device (6) so as to stably operate the control device (5), and power is discharged from a battery (3), and the power discharge can be stopped before excessive power is discharged from the battery (3).
